Internship OpportunitiesA highly successful college internship program has been in existence at Roche Colorado for many years. College internships are typically available to undergraduate and graduate students with opportunities in chemical and mechanical engineering, chemistry, molecular biology, quality control and environmental health and safety. Each intern is assigned to a project under the supervision of a mentor. Although the majority of internships are conducted during the summer, Co-op internships may also be arranged with a rotation between fall, winter and summer semesters. One of the valued aspects of the Roche Colorado Internship program is that all students gain experience with the hiring process in the same fashion as candidates in the corporate environment. Engineering ROCHE CO-OP PROGRAMRoche has been in partnership with the Chemical Engineering Department at the University of Colorado, Boulder, since 2001. This Co-Op program was created to allow students to gain full-time employment experience at Roche alternating school/work semesters during their undergraduate years. These students receive credit for the semesters while employed at Roche. If you would like to submit an application for the Co-Op program, or for more information regarding this program, please contact Bev Louie at (303) 492-3687 or blouie@magellan.Colorado.edu If you are not a ChemE student at CU and are interested in participating in the Roche Co-Op program, please see your Department Advisor to determine if your university is interested in developing a curriculum in partnership with Roche. Have your Department Advisor contact Human Resources at (303) 442-1926 or at Boulder.HR@Roche.com. Click here for a Gantt chart of a student participation. |
